What if I am late for my appointment?
We ask you to arrive at least twenty minutes early for your first visit with us to allow time to complete the necessary paperwork. On subsequent visits please arrive at least ten minutes early to allow time for changing and to ensure we start your appointment on time. If, despite your best efforts, you do arrive late we will do our best to give you your full allotted time provided your therapist does not have an appointment immediately following yours.

How late can I cancel or change my appointment?
Your therapist and treatment room are reserved exclusively for you and if we have insufficient notice of your need to cancel it is unlikely that we will be able to rebook that service time. We therefore ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule failing which the full treatment price is payable.

Do I need a credit card to hold my appointment?
Only if you have missed a prior appointment without notice. A card may also be required to secure multiple appointments, group bookings, or Spa Parties.

Can I leave my cellular phone on whilst in the spa?
For your comfort and the comfort of other clients we ask that you either turn your cellphone off completely or place it on vibrate.

Can I bring my child in for a treatment?
Yes, subject to the suitability of the treatment in each case and provided the parent or legal guardian actually accompanies the child and is available to sign off on all paperwork.

Can my child wait whilst I have my treatment?
We regret we do not have facilities for children unless they are receiving a treatment.

Is it appropriate to leave a gratuity for my therapist(s)?
Gratuities are always gratefully accepted when merited by the level of service.

What if I am dissatisfied with a product I have purchased?
We are concerned that you are completely happy with any product you purchase from us and will happily replace/refund any product provided it is returned at least 50% unused and within 4 weeks of purchase.

Do I receive any credit for referring new clients to the Spa?
We firmly believe that "word of mouth" is the best form of advertising. Please ask for details of our Client Referral Program.

How should I dress for my appointment and, in particular, my massage?
We recommend casual, comfortable attire. On arrival you will be provided with spa robe and slippers. Whilst your comfort level is paramount, for body massage and body masques being fully undressed is preferable. You will be discreetly draped throughout the treatment. For facials it is helpful if you arrive without makeup!
